The film follows a young man who lives a strictly regimented life due to a rare condition: two distinct personalities— and John —share his body.

Jonathan is conscious from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., working as a successful, uptight architect. John takes over from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., living a more impulsive, social life as a night owl.
