A young man is frustrated when a newer colleague receives a promotion. His boss asks him to go buy some oranges. He returns with the fruit but lacks basic details like price or variety. The promoted colleague is then asked the same; she returns with a detailed report on costs, discounts she negotiated, and information on which varieties are best for the boss's specific needs.
