Jerry is hospitalized on an alien planet, forced into a bizarre moral crisis where doctors intend to harvest his penis to save a galactic civil rights leader, while Rick, Morty , and Summer watch interdimensional TV. While Jerry attempts to avoid the surgery by acting crazy, he later tries to force the issue to become a martyr, ultimately leading to him being shot by security and surviving thanks to advanced medicine.
