The story follows ( Loren Avedon ), a New York cop seeking revenge against a brutal fighter named Khan ( Billy Blanks ). Ten years earlier, Jake witnessed Khan kill his brother, a heavyweight kickboxing champion, in Thailand.
To take down Khan, who is now the star of illegal "snuff" martial arts films, Jake goes undercover in Thailand. He seeks training from ( Keith Cooke ), a legendary hermit and the only person to ever come close to defeating Khan.
