The Internet — Inventing

Unlike the Internet itself, which is the "pipes" and "wires," the Web was the "library" that sat on top of it. In 1993, made the technology free for everyone, sparking the explosion of websites, blogs, and social media we use today.

By the early 1970s, more "islands" were joining the network, but they were still using different languages. Vint Cerf and Bob Kahn became the "architects" who fixed this. They developed (Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol), a universal set of rules that allowed different networks to communicate seamlessly.
