City: Golden

Established in 1867, it has a population of approximately 656–700 residents (2020 census) and is located in the heart of Missouri's Tall Grass Prairie Country.

It is the largest ancient city ever found in Egypt, dating back to the reign of Amenhotep III (approx. 3,400 years ago).

As of April 2025, archaeologists are still actively excavating new areas, including residential zones and tombs, revealing a high standard of living for artisans.

Discovered in 2021 by Dr. Zahi Hawass near Luxor, this is often called the " Rise of Aten " or the "Egyptian Pompeii."
