A manufacturer has had a reasonable number of attempts if any of the following occur within the rights period:
Send a written notification to the manufacturer (via overnight or return receipt mail) allowing one final attempt to repair the vehicle. Must be purchased, leased, or registered in Georgia
The same defect is not corrected after three repair attempts.
The defect is not corrected after one repair attempt. The car is out of service for repairs
Only new, self-propelled vehicles (including the chassis of motor homes) designed for transporting people/property over public highways.
