Originally intended as the second single from Insomniac , "Push" was heavily promoted and even included on the soundtrack for the film Step Up 2: The Streets . However, it was eventually replaced by "Somebody's Me" as the official US single.

It depicts Iglesias filming a couple (Hoffman and Evigan) making out in a private room and watching an erotic dancer behind a glass wall.
