Or Give Me Death! , this record is noted for its darker, more moody atmosphere while maintaining the band's signature hopeful melodies and expansive harmonies. Album Context & Production

The album was recorded during a transitional period for the band. Following the departure of member Daniel Öhman, EF introduced two new members, (cello/guitar) and Claes Strängberg (guitar/vocals), the latter of whom is also a member of the ambient pop band Immanu El. The production was handled by Patrik Torsson , known for his work with piano and string instruments, which helped define the album's rich, orchestral texture. Musical Style Genre: Post-rock / Math rock.

Listeners often compare EF's sound on this record to a mix of Explosions in the Sky and Sigur Rós , moving between ambient interludes and sprawling, cinematic "epics". Track Listing
