Since you can no longer make purchases directly from the Xbox 360 console or the legacy marketplace website, you must use modern platforms:

: Digital-only games that were never made backward compatible are no longer available for new purchases.

Once a game is purchased via the modern store, follow these steps to install it on your 360 console: Turn on your and sign in to your profile. Navigate to Settings > Account . Select Download History .
