The title suggested it was the eighth file in a sequence, copied at least five times. He clicked it. He wasn't moving

He played it again. This time, the man in the chair was wearing a different shirt. A blue one. In the first viewing, Elias was sure it had been gray. He scrubbed the frame back. Blue. He played it a third time. Now the man was gone. The chair was empty, rocking slightly as if someone had just stood up.

Elias was a "Digital Janitor." His job was to sort through the bloated, corrupted server remnants of tech companies that had gone bust. Most of it was garbage: broken spreadsheets, thousands of blurred photos of office lunches, and logs of dead AI chats.
